A fast, browser-based real-time party game inspired by the popular "Bunker" format. Players receive survival characters with hidden attributes and must convince others why they deserve a spot in the bunker during escalating disaster rounds.
A fully code-driven homelab on Proxmox bare metal. Terraform provisions all VMs/LXCs and manages Cloudflare DNS and WAF. Ansible configures everything. A multi-node k3s cluster runs all workloads via FluxCD GitOps, with HAProxy, Traefik, CrowdSec, Vault, and self-hosted GitHub Actions runners.

A single-file HTML tool for planning monthly work capacity. Distributes hours across workdays in spread or compress mode, handles day-off exceptions, filters by date range, and exports state as JSON. Deployed on homelab via FluxCD.
